La Quinta Inn Killeen

This hotel provided clean rooms and frienly service. It also offered useful ameneties. My stay was overall very acceptable.

Good for the money. Nice rooms. There are some minor maintenance issues.

We booked this motel for a two night stay, hoping an earlier experience with a deficient room was an aberration. It was not! In the morning there was an inch of water on the bathroom floor, the tub did not drain and the bathroom door did not close. The deficiencies were brought to attention of management and they were asked to make repairs before we returned that afternoon. Checked with the clerk and was assured everything was taken care of. Went to the room and found the floor was flooded again. After apologies, we were relocated to another room that also exhibited very poor maintenance. The mattresses were fairly comfortable, and I guess a few bugs in Central Texas is not uncommon, but the La Quinta will not be on my list of places to stay the next time I visit Killeen. ...read more

Clean but needs some routine maintenance to walls and rugs.

hotel lobby was nice, staff was nice, stay was nice

Comfortable beds and there is a closet with doors which is nice. The bathroom is a little too small. They need more
TV stations.

It's a basic hotel. It was clean enough and comfortable for what I paid. It had internet and cable (HBO). The two full size beds were a bit on the small size as I'm 6'2.

This was a poor hotel to stay in it was said it was a two and a half star it was more like a 1 star. My room was not cleaned one day and when I asked for my sheets to be changed I was told the maid was gone for the day. ...read more
